O.K. I got my sewing machine fixed--yah-- I have had the petal to the metal ever since!! Here is a little card from a few left-over scraps from a Kenner Road kit

I also did a few projects using the July "for the luv of art" kit. I promised myself to use up every little scrap. I still have the banner that was included to work on. Now that I have my little machine fixed who knows what I'll do. Here is a lo using my little polaroid camera I love that thing :)

o.k. I'm off to get ready for the HO3 webshow tonight. I am addicted :) those ladies are so amazing!!! I only wish it was on u-tube earlier because all I want to do is create after I watch it but it usually ends around 9pm :)

this kind. I picked up these goodies the other day all for $10 !!!! those earrings on top of the camera I got for $1 wooohooo they are so sweet. Astack of bottle caps and some vintage post cards that are gently loved. Ican't wait to sprinkle them around my studio.I have been a cleaning fool trying to organize my studio for the last week. FTLOA goodies to share

O.K. so you all know that I have been :( since my fav kit club Kenner Road closed up shop but I have found another www.fortheluvofart.com I love all the goodies Norma packs in the kits !!! Here are 2 projects

and this little had made bow from prima fabric paper.I still have a ton of stuff left-over!!!! I have a LO I'm working on and then there is the cutest banner that I haven't even started on lots and lots of goodies in this kit. I'm getting excited about CHA releases I have my wish list all ready at 7 gypsies !!! Well off to finish my LO make sure to stop over at FTLOA and check it out the girls in the forum are great !!

Here is a little LO from the Dear Lizzy line. Loooooove all the fabric papers and that ribbon is to die for !!! So ready for the week-end not much planned just need to get some stuff done around the house. Have you seen the October Afternoon "thrift shop" line ? sweet I am drooling over the papers. Hope'n to get some work done with that this week-end. What's everyone else working on this week-end ???

I am so glad it is all over!! The party went great and the candy table was a hit. Almost all of the candy went (thank god).It has been so dark and rainy here that all of my pictures are not turning out :(    we need sunshine. I found a new kit club www.fortheluvofart.com (Norma Kennedy) you have to go check it out I'm in love !! Still missing my Kenner Road but I think this club will fill the need. Norma put together the sweetest kit but of course I was to late and they all sold out. I'll be waiting for next months kit patiently.o.k. friends gotta go

So much to do and so little time to do it !!! I'm bummed that my fav kit club Kenner Road is no longer. In search for a new one :(

busy busy bee

Yes I'm still here :) Been busy with Jacob and graduation(yah) It is creeping up so fast! I think he has finally narrowed down a school I hope. We have gone back and forth but I think he is going to choose NIU. I was hoping for Rockford College a smaller private college but hey it's up to him NIU is MUCH cheaper that is one good thing. Anyway I am still waiting for the HOUSE OF 3 to release their graduation announcements/invites. Last year they had the most awesome download. I can't wait to see what Rhonna comes up with. My mom is having the party at her house in the yard and I think I have the menue picked out from a local . My most fav thing I'm working on is a candy buffet/table. Amy Atlas has given me some great inspiration  I love her blog so many good ideas she rocks!

Someone else who rocks is Lisa over at Kenner Road. She came up with this amazing tut using the Hambly doiley overlay. Here is my take on it.

the picture was taken at 5:30 this am so the lighting sucks. this was so easy you have to check it out.

I used the Hambly doiley overlay, Jenni Bowlin butterflies, and some leftover ribbon I thought I'd hang it on my studio door for the upcoming holidays. I want more of that overlay I looove it!!!. O.K. I'm trying to do 3 things at once...... type and switch between American Idol and Dance'n with the Stars why do they put all the good shows on at the same time ??? Time for me to go thanks again Lisa for the great idea you really rock those kits
